Bree's bachelorette party was this past weekend in NYC, so Bree, Freddie & I ventured up to the Big Apple on Friday morning to celebrate her last single girl weekend. We met several girls up there as everyone was coming from different corners of the world, all old friends and relatives of Bree & Matt's.
The weather held up for the most part on Friday for us to do some site seeing before we met up with the rest of the crowd. We went to Time Square, Central Park, Bryant Park, The Plaza, St. Patrick's Cathedral and Rockefeller Center before heading back to the hotel to get ready for our night on Broadway. We saw Avenue Q which was most appropriate for a Bachelorette Party and then had dinner in the Village.
Saturday was more touristy stuff, this time in the lower part of Manhattan. We walked the Brooklyn Bridge, went to Ground Zero, Chinatown, Little Italy & Soho and saw the Statue of Liberty. Saturday night was filled with Bachelorette activities - dinner & a night out on the town. We had such a wonderful time exploring the city and even made it through the shopping experience in Chinatown (YIKES!)!
Tim was on the Bachelor party for Matt & Brian (Freddie’s fiancĂ©) in Philly last weekend as well. They went gambling in Atlantic City & went to a Phillies game. If they ever let me see pictures I will post those as well! Enjoy!
